TOURNAMENT START TIME: Teams must be
prepared to play as early as Thursday, July 15th
ROSTER & ENTRY FEES: Entry
deadline is Friday, July 9th at 10:00am. (Call Bob Rowling) ASA Championship rosters
& player identification must be submitted upon check-in, prior to the first
game. Cashiers Checks or Money Orders only
accepted.

MANAGERS MEETING: Coaches will be notified
when their team will play
TOURNAMENT DRAW: Teams will be contacted
late Sunday, July 11th or early Monday, July 12th with
playing times
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Double Elimination

TEAM AWARDS: Trophies 1st
thru 3rd place. Individual
awards for 1st & 2nd
TOURNAMENT ADMISSION: All players
& up to 3 coaches will receive free admission. Additional coaches, scorekeepers, managers,
etc will be required to pay admission.

Students (under 18) $7.00 per day
Senior Citizens $7.00 per day
