TOURNAMENT DATES; July 7-10. 2011
TOURNAMENT LOCATION;
TOURNAMENT START TIME;Teams need to be ready to play as
early as Thurs. July 7
ROSTER AND ENTRY FEES; Entry deadline is July 1,
2011 at 10:00 AM. ASA Championship rosters & player identification must be
submitted upon check-in ,
prior to the first game. Cashier checks and money orders
only accepted. Please make checks out to Larry Lewis.
COACHES MEETING; The meeting will be announced as soon as
possible.
TOURNAMENT DRAW; Teams will be contacted by there
District ASA Rep late Sunday July 3rd or Monday July 4th
with their first game time and playing field.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT; Double Elimination
GAME BALL AND BATS; The
TEAM AWARDS; Trophies for 1st – 3rd place.
Individual awards for 1st and 2nd.
TOURNAMENT ADMISSION; All players and up to 3 coaches
will receive free admission. Additional coaches, scorekeepers, spouses,
managers, etc. will be required
to pay
admission.
Admission fees;
Adults $10 per day
Students (under 18) & Seniors
(65 and over) $7.00 per day
Family 3 day pass (same household & immediate
family) $20
Campers and RV’s – their possibly could be a charge
to cover water, sewage and garbage. If so it would probably be a 1 time charge
of $20 for 3 days or less.
