Tournament Dates: Games
will begin on Thursday, July 10th, 2008
Tournament
Location: Kidsport
is located on Hwy 93 N across from Flathead Valley Community College
Conrad Complex is located off Hwy 2 – at
intersection of Hwy 2 & Hwy 93 Head East on Hwy 2, go under overpass
and turn right at bottom of hill, fields on left
Tournament Start Time: Teams
must be prepared to play on Thursday July 10th
Roster and
Entry Fee: All entries and monies must be
given to Local District Commissioner. All
District Commissioners will submit money and team names to Liz Zeier by Tuesday, July 8th
by 10 pm. ASA Championship Rosters and
Player Identification must be submitted upon check in, prior to first game.
Managers
Meeting: Coaches
will be notified of meeting time with their playing time. Probably will be Thursday morning.
Tournament
Draw: Wednesday,
July 9th. Teams will be
contacted Wednesday with their playing time.
Team
Awards: Trophies
1st through 3rd, individual awards for 1st and
2nd.
Tournament
Admission: All players
and up to 3 Coaches will receive free admission. Additional Coaches, scorekeepers, managers, etc. will be required
to pay admission. Admission: Adults $10 per day, Students (under 18) and
Senior citizens $7 per day, Family Pass $20 for 4 day pass.
