Results and Final Brackets

In Memory of Alex Thatcher

Alex Thatcher, 23, sister of Butte Central pitcher Kloie and daughter of Chunky Thatcher, died Sunday morning May 21st, the result of a train accident in Miles City. Alex earned high school all-state honors in softball. She thrived on being the best and expected it from everyone around her. These qualities, however, didn’t yield her from being humble and kind. Wise beyond her years, Alex provided the advice that no one wanted to hear even though they needed it. This allowed Alex to form unbreakable bonds with the people around her.

If you would like to help carry her legacy forward you can send donations to either the Alex Thatcher Memorial Fund at Mountain West Federal Credit Union at 400 E. Park, or to the Alex Thatcher Memorial Scholarship at the Montana Tech Foundation.

Thanks
Jim Pelegrini
